The client has offline stores in different regions of Ukraine and one of the main goals was to provide an omnichannel approach for customers all over the country.
There was a necessity to gather the information from different stores on a single platform and to provide the customers from different regions with the relevant info on the prices and availability of goods in warehouses.

It was necessary to implement the following functionality for the platform:
- to give the customers an opportunity to gather the ordered goods from the offline stores
- to organize the cooperation with a delivery service and to synchronize the platform with different post offices online
- to give the Internet users an opportunity to use the promotions of the offline stores (1+1=3, 1=2 etc)

The Magento platform was chosen to contain the relevant information of each offline store from different regions of Ukraine. The platform's functionality includes an opportunity to:
- Order desired items online and later pick them at the local store.
- Choose different promotional offers and see how much money can be saved from each of them.
- The platform is synchronized with different posts offices and the progress on the deliveries can be easily tracked.

Features
- The configuration of prices for products in the admin panel and their availability in each region.
- The development of a module which provides the everyday synchronization of a delivery service and the platform itself (the user has the opportunity to choose the type of delivery and the nearest post office).
Customization
- Development of a сustom Magento configurator for users: it gave the customers an opportunity to create their own promo products, to compare prices and to see the advantage of each promo.
- When the promo is created, the user sees how much he saves on every purchase.
Integration
- Integration with CRM system (a callback function, import, and export of users data and their orders).
- Integration of discount cards with the platform for allocation of points online. Users can use the points in the offline stores.
